Therapy in Education (TIE) is a CLC service delivery model for providing related services such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology and Social Work in an educational setting. TIE is designed to increase students’ participation and engagement by integrating therapy within their natural environment. Students benefit from this child-centered collaborative model by practicing their skills more frequently and generalizing these skills to achieve independence, socialization and individual educational and therapeutic functional goals.
